“Whatever physical activity that makes you feel good, do plenty of it. Make it part of your lifestyle. Whether it’s boxing, biking, walking, running, join a community that meets on a weekly basis. That will help keep you motivated, aid in you maintaining your weight loss, and prevent you from feeling like exercising is a chore.” —TERESA SCOTT

This is amazing. I’ve seen this young woman at the gym in Jersey and she is such an inspiration. Not only is she an inspiration but she encourages and motivates others around her. She is down to earth and always smiling. You can tell she feels good about herself and she often said that getting in shape did that for her and gave her a new confidence. I love seeing our beautiful “sistahs” excelling and reaching new heights.

It is so exciting to see women empowering other women! So often, women do a lot of the opposite! Teresa is such a great example of how we all should be. Her light shines through in everything that she does. The boxing being an extension of that! There isn’t a person in the world I would feel more comfortable with to guide me to my healthier happier self than she! Plus, having a good jab never hurts…
Always Bless,
Laurie
