On Thursday September 24, 2009 Shiragirl, an all-girl band, debuted their new single “Sick Day” on the swank Utopia III Yacht in Chelsea Piers in NYC. Having to remove your shoes before being able to fully rock out with the all-girl band, you hardly missed your soles as you enjoyed the taste of that sparking pink liqueur, NUVO and tried not to get seasick from the rocking yacht. Shiragirl sound can be described as punk, rock and hip-hop music. Wow! Rocking out on a boat with a live band and plenty liquor flowing sounds like it could either be the best or worse time. LOL!
